30 day returns.
Bought the wrong size, or he already had one? Happens to the best of us. Here's how to send it back.
The short version
30 DAYS. NO DRAMA.
Not feeling it? You have 30 days from the day your order lands to send it back. Like a mulligan, except we actually allow it.
WHAT CAN COME BACK?
All Birdie Juice merch: headcovers, putter covers, polos, snapbacks, flasks, cups, towels, kits and gift boxes. It needs to be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Chirpy should look like Chirpy did when he left.
WRONG SIZE?
Swap it. Email us within 30 days and we'll exchange it for the size you need, as long as we have it in stock.
How it works
1. EMAIL US
Send your order number and what you're returning to hello@birdiejuice.com. We'll reply with where to send it.
2. SHIP IT BACK
Pack it up and send it by mail to the address we give you. Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong thing or it showed up damaged, then it's on us.
3. GET YOUR MONEY BACK
Once it's back with us and checked, we refund your original payment method. That usually takes 5 to 10 business days after it arrives, depending on your bank.
The fine print
FREE GIFTS
Free cups, ball markers and Waffle Towels come with qualifying orders. If a return drops your order under the threshold that earned the gift, send the gift back too, or we'll take its regular price off your refund.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
That's on us. Email hello@birdiejuice.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING
Original shipping charges aren't refunded, except when we made the mistake.
CANADA AND THE US
Same policy on both sides of the border. Refunds go back in the currency you paid in.
